BDR and BRV fought bitterly against the kids-tour. Finally, the BDR deleted the tour from the official rad-net register.

The organiser Wheel Divas and the organising team took the kids to court. They won against BDR and BRV.

The 28th International kids-tour is now officially announced. And it will take place.

The head of the organisation, MIchael Lemke, puts the kids-tour out to tender again. Just like all the years before. The Berlin cycling federation now had to approve it according to a court decision.

This was preceded by a weeks-long dispute between the organising team and the German Cycling Federation Bund Deutscher Radfahrer and the Berlin Cycling Association Berliner Radsportverband. Both were determined to prevent the traditional kids-tour event at all costs. The Frankfurt Main Regional Court put an end to the activities of the "lobbyists" of cycling. It ruled in favour of the plaintiffs Wheel Divas, the kids-tour and the children and thus against our "lobbyists".
